An array of images and important details have been leaked from a brochure, revealing the V12 powered Mercedes-Benz S600 limousine. Such details included its key performance data and interior styling, areas that were meant to be kept to the imagination until its launch.
The specification sheet was posted on a German car forum, telling readers that the S600 will produce 3900kW of power between 4900-5300rpm. Potential customers were prematurely excited by the news of its twin-turbocharged 6 litre V12engine.
Mercedes personify presidential vehicles with this particular limousine being no exception of this. The car was due to stand between the S-Class and the S63 AMG models at the Detroit Auto Show, yet many already knew what was under the bonnet.
Like its predecessor, the S600 will sit on the S-Class’ longer wheelbase, which measures at 3165mm.
As far as exterior goes the specification sheet posed 19-inch alloys as the standard wheels, resulting in the S600 being very easy on the eye. However, there are only delicate alterations compared with the S500, with the S600 possessing quad exhaust outlets, a thin chrome strip between the lower reflectors and ‘S600′ badging.
What do you think, should Limo Broker add the S600 to their fleet?
