Simon Cowell in search for another X Factor superstar

After rumours about simon-cowellSimon Cowell to quit the X Factor last month the music mogul has promised to find another X Factor winner who can achieve success on an international level.

In a recent interview with the ITV website recently, Simon predicted that unique talent will have the best chance of winning the competition this year which returns to ITV1 on August 22.

When Simon Cowell was asked to name the qualities he is looking for, he replied: “The X Factor this year is relevance. You know, you should be able to find somebody who there is a genuine gap in the market for.

“And we’ve proven through this process that you can find someone who’s going to sell records all over the world. So not to make that your benchmark is a huge, huge mistake.”

Other judges like Louis Walsh are looking for other strong points in individuals such as stamina and determination.

He explained: “You have to have everything to do well in The X Factor. It’s hard work for these people.

“They don’t realise how much it’s going to take out of them to go out and do the live show. The live show is very stressful, it’s very draining, it’s a lot of hard work [and] you have to be totally into your craft.”

Although The X Factor is usually a good show this year is set to be something more special.

Heroric lincoln towncar limo chauffeur comes to the rescue

Most people expect their chauffeur to be polite, respectful and for themsuperman to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Recently, in America, a chauffeur was called upon to go beyond this duty and protect his passenger from a dangerous situation.

That chauffeur was called Bob Groney and the night in question began fairly normally, he had a full 8 passengers in his classic lincoln towncar and was transporting them from a rock concert at Red Rocks park in Colorado. Once the majority of the passengers had left the vehicle Bob began the final leg of his journey however he began to become suspicious of the noises he heard from his passengers.
Groney says “[I heard a woman shout] No, leave me alone, no I don’t want to”. Bob knew from the tone of the voice that this was not simply playful messing around.
The chauffeur stopped the vehicle and enterred the passenger compartment and, after repeatedly asking him to stop, heroically forced the man from the car and in the process rescued the female passenger.
The parents of the woman, who have asked to remain annonymous, had this to say “We want to thank Bob for intervening and helping our daughter, if it wasn’t for him she could have been really injured”
When asked if he’d do the same again Bob agreed “I would do the exact same thing, I have daughters and no means no”
The male passenger, Allen Kellwiet, was later charged by the police for harrassment and attempted assault.
