Former Liberty X singer, Kelli Young, enjoyed an The Only Way is Essex style hen party this weekend complete with white hummer limo hire, pink feather boas and a trip to the Sugar Hut.
The groups of hens, which included Girls Aloud singer Kimberly Walsh and Kelli’s former band mate Michelle Heaton, all got into the TOWIE spirit by sporting garish pink and orange dresses and towering heels.
The hen do even visited the Sugar Hut night club in Brentwood Essex, made famous by its appearance in the show as the venue is managed by TOWIE favourite, Kirk Norcross. The party travelled in traditional hen party transportation, a white hummer limousine, with hen Kelli Young posing in front of the stretch limo before heading out on their Essex pub crawl.
Bride-to-be, Kelli Young, found fame back in 2001 when she auditioned for Popstars. Despite not making it into the winning group, Hear’say, Kelli and the other Popstars rejects set up their own band Liberty X, which went on to achieve a number of top 10 hits.
Since the Liberty X band mates went their separate ways in 2007, lead singer Kelly has been working as a cruise ship singer and also dance teacher. The 29-year-old is due to marry songwriter Iain James in the coming weeks.
