The popularity of the YouTube video of the exclusive Audi R8 limousine, which will become the signature vehicle for Limo Broker once complete, shows no signs of waning as the video hit nearly 250,000 views over the weekend, less than 20 days after the clip was posted online.

The stunning 3D render YouTube video which showcases the design for the never-seen-before Audi R8 Limo was first unveiled to an invited audience at the annual Transport Broker Awards at the beginning of the month.

The video was uploaded onto YouTube shortly after it’s unveiling at the gala dinner and awards ceremony and has since caused shockwaves across the globe with articles being written about the Audi R8 limo by American magazine, Forbes, also Top Gear, PistonHeads and many, many other high profile press sites.

The online hits of the Audi R8 limo have gone through the roof with the video being re-posted on thousands of forums and websites within a matter of hours of being posted online. The number of views currently stands at 243,500 although the number is rising by the hour and shows no sign of stalling.

Limo Broker to create the world’s fastest limo, the Audi R8 V10 Limo

Limo Broker unveiled their plans to create the world’s first Audi R8 stretch limousine at last weekend’s Transport Broker Awards at the Celtic Manor Resort. Plans for the secret project had been kept tightly under wraps until the big reveal on Saturday night in front of an invited audience of 250 including business leaders from the luxury transport industry.

Chris Wright from Carbonyte UK who were responsible for the creation of the world’s only Ferrari limo, was one of the guests of honour at the special event and gave a speech outlining the plans for new Audi R8 limo project. Carbonyte UK will work in conjunction with Limo Broker to create this never-seen-before limo which will become the signature car for the Limo Broker brand.

The announcement of the Audi R8 Limo project was accompanied by an exclusive rendered video giving a 3D outline of the concept behind the limo, and an impression of how the finished supercar will look. The Transport Broker Awards also hosted the final of the Miss Limo beauty pageant for the very first time on Saturday night, with the winner revealed as 21-year-old student, Gemma Roberts from the Vale of Glamorgan. The winner of the Miss Limo beauty pageant 2012 was revealed as Gemma Roberts from the Vale of Glamorgan. Ms Roberts was revealed as the beauty pageant winner at a gala dinner on Saturday night at the 5-star Celtic Manor Resort as part of the annual Transport Broker Awards ceremony.

21-year-old Gemma was crowned Miss Limo 2012 by the current Miss Universe Great Britain, Chloe-Beth Morgan, who was the guest of honour at the glittering event. Four ladies were selected by an independent panel of judges as finalists for the Miss Limo title including Kirstie McGrath, who came in fourth place, Gemma Cowtan, who was runner up in third place, and second place was awarded to Michelle Chamberlain.

The Miss Limo judges were not only looking for beautiful and glamorous young ladies as the finalists for the beauty contest, but women with personality and also the ability to communicate confidently and passionately.

Gemma Roberts, who is originally from Dinas Powys in the Vale of Glamorgan but now lives in Newport where she’s a student in her final year at University, ticked all of the boxes as far as the judges were concerned, with beauty queen looks, intelligence and the ability to express herself articulately. The student beauty queen keeps herself busy with not one, but two part time jobs, working as a lifeguard and at Cardiff Ice rink.

Miss Limo 2012 will become the face of the exciting new project, the stretch Audi R8 Limousine, which is sponsored by Limo Broker. The creation of this new supercar was announced on the night by Chris Wright from carbonite UK who will be working with Limo Broker to create the one-of-a-kind limo.

The new Miss Limo was “truly over the moon” to be named as the winner of the UK’s biggest online beauty pageant and says she can’t wait to get “stuck into promoting the incredible Audi R8 stretch limo” and using her title to help fund raise for charity projects including Charity Plan UK which Gemma has been associated with previously.

As well as earning the title of Miss Limo 2012, Sports and Psychology student Gemma also walked away with a whole host of fantastic prizes including a holiday for two, £500 in cash, a bespoke website by Web Leasing, press releases for promotion, and a professional photo shoot by Sadha Video.

Limo Broker has been revealed as the official sponsor of the UK’s largest online beauty contest, Miss Limo. The competition is hotting up for this year’s pageant which will see one girl plucked from thousands of hopefuls to take home the title of Miss Limo 2012.

The final of the Miss Limo competition will be held at the Celtic Manor Resort, South Wales, on January 7th 2012 as part of the Transport Broker Awards. The last Miss Limo competition attracted almost 1,500 entrants and the organisers believe that this year’s contest will be even bigger judging from the response they’re already received from potential contestants.

30 new jobs in Cardiff offered by Limo Broker and the Transport Broker Group

The Limo Broker winners from the Transport Broker Awards revealed

This weekend saw the third annual Transport Broker Awards take place at the prestigious St David’s Hotel and Spa in Cardiff Bay, and now Limo Broker News is delighted to bring you the full run down of the limo hire providers who triumphed at this year’s event.

The awards were split into two sections for Regional and National awards. Kicking off with the regional accolades, the first trophy of the night for Limo Broker agents was handed to Millennium, with Clyde Valley being named in second place for Agent of the Year in the North East and Scotland category.

Next up was the award for Agent of the Year for the North West. Lady Jayne took home the title this year for Limo Broker, with Limo Scene and Wedding Cars named in second place. Agent of the Year for the Midlands went to SV Limos, with Manns Limos coming in as runner up, while Agent of the Year for the South West, South East and London was named as Wild Stretch, with High Profile Limos in second place. Agent of the Year for Wales and the West Country was Elite Limos, followed by Awesome Limos in second place, and Agent of the Year for Ireland was Keith Limos, with 3D Limos as runner up.

Moving onto the National Limo Broker Awards, the gong for Best Fleet was awarded to Prestige Limos, and the best Customer Service award was presented to SV Limos. The award for Best Wedding Car/ Chauffeur Car was given to Manns Limos for their Phantom Ghost, while the Best Limousine accolade was handed to Prestige Limo for their one-of-a-kind Ferrari Limo. The big award of the night for Agent of the Year was won by Absolute Style Limos.

This year’s event had a Las Vegas theme so the night took on a glamorous look with dancing show girls, roulette tables in the mini casino, and elaborate pink feather table decorations and DJs provided by Kudos Music.
