Hyundai-Kia limo ride for leaders attending the G20 Summit

The Hyundai-Kia Equus limo has been revealed as the official transport for world leaders attending the G20 Summit next month in Seoul.

The decision to use the top of the range limos from the Korean car maker during the world famous event will help boost the company’s profile considerably.

Audi will also play an important role in the Summit as a number of the new A8 models have been shipped into South Korea especially for use by the first ladies of the World Leaders. German car makers, Audi, hope the move will increase brand awareness in the country.

The Equus limo is the flagship vehicle for Hyundai, and features a raft of sophisticated safety features which will be of huge importance during the event which brings together some of the most powerful people in the world.

The5.5L presidential limo is fully bulletproof, including bulletproof windows, and made of a special kind of alloy. The limousine also features an automatic cooling system in case of fire, and also an automatic break alert system which turns on emergency lights if the brake pedal is stepped on abruptly. 3 of the high end limos were presented to the South Korean Presidential Security Service at the end of last year.

A number of other top name car makers will also be providing vehicles as part of the Seoul G20 Summit including BMW and Chrysler.
