Queen lookalike Elizabeth Richard meets fans for Jubilee celebrations
The Jubilee weekend has been a hectic time, not least of all for Britain’s most popular queen lookalike, Elizabeth Richard. Ms Richard, who has been travelling across the country in a sleek Foxy Bingo limousine, is believed to have clocked up over 4000 miles attending 46 engagements during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations. Between May 28 and 1 June, the royal lookalike travelled to Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, ending her tour in London where the celebrations were nonstop.
The 77-year-old grandmother, best known for her striking resemblance to Her Majesty, noted a 600 percent increase in bookings ahead of the Jubilee celebrations. This is a staggering seven times increase to the regular public appearances for the lookalike who charges approximately £400 a day.
To make all her engagements, she was transported in style to all destinations in a stylish chauffeur-driven Foxy Bingo stretch limousine!
“Never in my career as the Queen’s number one lookalike have I been so busy,” said Ms Richard who has been in business since 1988. ”The Foxy Bingo limo has been an absolute life-saver. With bookings every day now up until the Jubilee itself, I’ve been driven around the country in total style and comfort.”
Ms Richard has been signed on by Foxy Bingo to promote their brand. Foxy Bingo supplied the Queen lookalike her enviable chauffeur-driven limousine.
“I bet Queen Elizabeth would be jealous if she had a peek inside!” gushed Ms Richard.
