Pink recovering after on stage fall

US pop singer Pink is recovering after an on-stage stunt went wrong. The singer took a tumble during a concert in Nurenberg, Germany, after she wasn’t clipped into her harness correctly.

The 30-year-old was supposed to fly out across the audience suspended from a harness, however instead it dragged her into a barricade.

Straight after the accident the pop star got back on stage to show her fans she was in one piece, however the concert was stopped as Pink was whisked away in an ambulance to a nearby hospital for medical checks.

The Get the Party Started singer later took to her Twitter page to give her fans an update on her condition. She wrote that there were no major injuries, although admitted she was feeling “seriously sore.” Pink also issued an apology to her fans in Nurenberg who had turned out to watch her perform but had their show cut short due to the accident.

The Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour has been playing throughout Europe over the past few months and is due to finish at the end of July. It’s not yet known if the singer will have to cancel any of her upcoming dates due to the injuries sustained during last night’s concert.
